The ‘roller coaster’ and the ‘blue tornado’: everything for a teambuilding activity

A sunny and warm weather did not stop PFM for a day of fun on the Garda lake with colleagues and… a little of adrenaline. Getting to know each other better, spending time together and fostering collaboration and team spirit is essential: being together to work well together!

‘Too much fun! We definitely have to do it again,’ said a colleague the day after. “We had a lot of fun, it was a good day and I got to know my colleagues from a different point of view”.

Employee involvement is one of the cornerstones, at the basis of the company ethics, and teambuilding is an actualisation of this: aiming to strengthen the team, to create even more synergy among its employees.
